Are they blooming?
Spring in Hood River brings out the beauty of spring blossoms throughout the valley. The blooms from all types of orchards create a landscape of white that blankets the valley. The weather plays a significant part in when the trees bloom each year. This year, check out our interactive map below that shows you the most up to date photos from several locations.
As the weather warms up, it gives the buds on the trees an opportunity to open and blossom. There are several factors with the weather that can speed up and slow down the process. The weather can be very unpredictable, which is why we aren’t able to say exactly when the valley will be full of blooms. Click the flowers on the map to see the latest photos in the area.
Thank you to Pearls Place, Packer Orchard Farm Place, and Draper Girls Country Farm for participating in this years Hood River Valley Blossom Watch.
