For 20 years, Cathedral Ridge Winery has created award-winning big, bold reds, signature blends, and delicious white wines from the Columbia Gorge and Columbia Valley regions. Their 13 local vineyard partners produce beautiful fruit and fourth-generation winemaker, Michael Sebastiani, and Cellar Master Robb Bell, handcraft the wines in limited quantities. Choose your flight from over 30 wines and options including Standard, Reserve, Library and Barrel tastings and enjoy the beautiful tasting terrace, grounds, working winery, and vineyard with stunning views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams. The friendly knowledgeable team will make your visit a memorable one.

Cathedral Ridge wines are delightfully complex with nuanced flavors reflecting the unique qualities of the region, perfect for pairing with your favorite recipes. Because of the incredible range of wine country microclimates, Cathedral Ridge Wines run the gamut from Pinot Noir to Zinfandel – with all from grapes grown within a 80-mile radius. They use traditional winemaking techniques, opting for small batch artisan barrel aged wines with minimal disruptions to let the quality of the grapes and the terroir of the land speak. They pride themselves on unadulterated Oregon wine that reflects a world of wine regions from Burgundy to Bordeaux and the Rhine to the Rhone.

The climate in the Columbia Gorge with the breezy, long warm days and cool nights, allows Cathedral Ridge wines to express the ideal balance of sensuous, bold, body and seasoning acidity. As they say, acidity is to wine as salt is to food – the perfect amount brings out the best. Like a talented chef with the freshest ingredients, their winemaker takes the best grapes, from the best vineyards and by skillful blending when appropriate, creates the best wines showcasing the region.

The mission at River Daze Cafe is to serve customers fresh, natural foods with an artisan’s touch while upholding their belief in local, organic and non-genetically engineered foods.

Created by a pastry chef and a farmer, River Daze Cafe is committed to producing quality, hand-crafted food using natural and organic ingredients. Most of their items are prepared in-house from scratch including all breads, pastries, soups, dressings and more. There are no hydrogenated oils or additives in anything they make, and nothing comes from a mix.

During the growing season, many of fruits, berries and vegetables come from local farms, including River Daze Cafe's own. When they cannot source locally, they strive to buy organic, and they are committed to omitting all genetically-modified ingredients: They use only safflower and olive oils, cane sugar (or local honey) and organic cornmeal. Their deli meats are all high quality and produced without the use of antibiotics, hormones and unnecessary additives. The cafe's drink selection has also been carefully chosen to support small, local companies that omit high-fructose corn syrup.
