Flow offers gentle, restorative, flow vinyasa, and power yoga classes, strength classes, meditation/satsang, and private small group cycle classes, taught by inspiring yoga teachers and movement experts. A SAYF-Certified studio. Flow also offers retreats, workshops, and both RYT 200 and 300/500 Teacher Training by Trainers who have been offering yoga education since 2000.
