Yoga in the Park

  • This event has passed.

Yoga brings us peace and stability. Being in nature calms us and gives us confidence. When the two are beautifully merged – doubling up on all the goodness – that’s when magic happens.

These 60 min, sunny-day, all-level classes will be a mindful blend of strengthening, balancing and opening poses with just the right amount of relaxation. You’ll walk away feeling recharged and refreshed and a little more at peace.

Bring your own mat, a folded blanket or a very big beach towel. Wear layers of comfortable, stretchy attire.

Everyone is welcomed. The focus is to enjoy the experience. Modifications will be provided for all levels. The yoga I practice and teach focuses on quality breathing because breath is life! Throughout the lesson, we will keep our breath steady and calm so that we can best care for ourselves.

For insurance purposes, ALL who wish to attend are required to sign a release form.
