Smokey Bear’s 80th Birthday Bash

The Forest Service and the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center are partnering to throw Smokey a birthday bash celebrating everything he’s done over the past 80 years to teach folks about wildfire prevention. The celebration is scheduled for August 9th, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center. All are welcome, and admission is completely free! There will be cake at noon!
