Paige Common Ticketed Dinner @ The Griffin House

  • This event has passed.

We are delighted to welcome Paige Common to The Griffin House for an Intimate Cliffside Dinner!

Join us for a multi-faceted dining experience centered around community, seasonality and the terroir of the region.

It’s easy to be enchanted by the overlapping layers of Cascade Foothills and the never-ending expanse of Pacific Northwest Sky at this exceptional location set in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. Pair the dazzling views with a rare and extraordinary culinary experience, live music by Nathan Lee Miller and you may wonder if you’re living in a dream.

About Paige Common:

Detroit born and bred, Paige’s soul-spiced creations entice the palate; fold in a pinch of Portland inspiration, and she exposes the nourishment of the land and sea. Paige specializes in curating vibrant, flavor-forward menus with a focus on specialty diets.

Paige is a functional nutritionist, destination caterer, and personal chef. Over the past ten years, she has hosted intimate dining experiences from beachside to mountain-top, while supporting and empowering individuals and families on their unique health journeys.

When Paige isn’t in the kitchen, find her traveling and tasting her way through flavor-rich cultures, rock climbing, and running through the gorge with her pup, Zucchini.

Nathan Lee Miller:

Nathan Lee crawled out of the Upper Michigan cedar swamps…and found his voice on the shores of San Francisco Bay. First carousing and carrying on in Motel Fresno, then stepping out front with his own band Escanaba. After almost a decade of this life, he lit out for the Pacific Northwest. Taking on a harder edge, Survival Mode was his musical home until just before the pandemic. Signaling a sea change on many fronts, where next to turn? With a glance toward his San Francisco past, Nathan Lee is forging a new road ahead with just his guitar and voice. Parts Petty, Tweedy, and Jennings, Nathan brings a fresh face to songs of love and hope, tinged with the struggles of life’s challenges for good measure.

A note from The Griffin House

Our intention is to create an ephemeral and fleeting experience — a joyous celebration of food, wine, music and human connection. The dinner will take place on the Eastern Lawn with remarkable views of the Gorge as our backdrop, however we encourage you to roam the property and take in the views before dinner begins.

We are capping this experience at 12 guests, so we urge you to get your tickets ASAP if you wish to attend this magical event!
