Get ready for festivities & holiday fun with Hood River! Bringing you a joyful winter wonderland, we are celebrating with a window display contest, Small Business Saturday, and an exciting downtown festival!

Please join the whole community of Hood River to experience the small-town charm at the annual tree lighting. Kick off your holiday shopping in the historic downtown and enjoy our Winter Wonderland Festival on Oak Street. The evening culminates with the city tree lighting, and perhaps even a Santa sighting.

Starting at 4:15 pm, Oak St between 1st & 6th St. State St. between 1st-3rd St. 1st , 2nd, and 3rd St. between Oak & State St. All streets will reopen at 8 pm.
Ongoing Holiday Events:
Our 3rd Annual Window Decorating Contest starts on Monday, November 28. Businesses throughout Hood River County will decorate their windows with our Winter Wonderland theme. Voting will start on November 28 and go through December 24. Voting form will be available starting on the 28th.
