2024 marked 10 years of the historic Bridge of the Gods Run, so in 2025 we went big! We expanded to an entire festival celebration weekend with Saturday’s Kids’ Community 1K, the new Twilight 5K, and the Thunder Island Music Festival! You came, you ran, and you celebrated with us, and we can’t thank you enough for all of your support.
We sold out quickly in 2025 and expect to sell out even faster for 2026!
We will start the weekend with our Kid’s Community 1K, which is free to any child 12 and under on Saturday afternoon.
This will be followed by the second edition of the Bridge of the God’s Twilight 5K Run on Saturday at 6:30 PM. Cross the mighty Bride of the Gods during the golden hour of sunset for mind-blowing beauty you can find nowhere else. How can it get any better?
How about finishing your 5K run while the Thunder Island Music Festival is in full swing? From 6-8:30 PM, we will have a main stage and amazing music playing in one of the most unique concert locations! We are going to rock Thunder Island! Full-service beer garden sponsored by Thunder Island Brewing and Gorges Beers will be on tap.
Then Sunday will be our traditional Half Marathon and 10K Runs to wrap up the weekend.
