| SEPTEMBER 1, 2022: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE301 Gallery announces its September show, titled BIG ART, featuring large works that celebrate the spectacular spaciousness of the Columbia River Gorge. Disciplines represented will include painting, printmaking, sculpture, and photography.Show curator and 301 Gallery member Cathleen Rehfeld: “I’m really excited about this event. You know, the Gorge is a big place! It provides big inspiration for a diverse group of regional artists. We’re talking about works with significant impact made by a diverse group of artists with strong reputations. These works are collectible, the kind of work that can command a space. The formal opening is First Friday on September 2. The weather will be great. It should be a wonderful evening.”Featured artists to include Ruth Armitage, Brian Chambers, Christine Knowles, Kelli MacConnell, Sorcha Meek, Ted Olson, Joseph Rastovich, Cathleen Rehfeld, Sally Reichmuth, Bill Sturman, Genevieve Scholl, Sue Sutherland, MacCrae Wylde, and Michelle Yamamoto.• Exhibition Dates: September, 2022. • Opening Reception: First Friday, September 2, 5pm – 7pm. Artist Talk at 6pm. Live music by Chic Preston.
