"The Phantom of the Rails" - a spooky yet elegant adventure inspired by Edgar Allan Poe. The Phantom of the Rail takes a thrilling ride by the light of the fall moon through the dark forest to a creepy factory in a valley rumored to be filled with ghosts.
Get ready for an evening of fun downtown Hood River on Halloween. We are closing Oak St. to give you the opportunity to walk freely through the streets showing off your amazing costumes. Join us with participating businesses as we enjoy a safe Halloween.
We all love the pizza across the street. Starting in October you can get some with a glass at Cork. We'll be slinging slices from 4 to 8pm or until sold out.

Columbia Center for the Arts is honored and thrilled to join Gorge Impact Film Festival this year as a venue and host for the festival on Nov. 9th and 10th in Hood River. The 2nd annual Gorge Impact Film Festival runs Nov. 8, 9 and 10. Over the weekend Columbia Arts and The Ruins will be the venues. Columbia Arts will present 4 blocks of films, three on Saturday Nov. 9th beginning at 11am.,snacks, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Additionally CCA will host a Stop Motion Animation Workshop sponsored by Arts and Education of the Gorge from 1 to 5 pm on Saturday in the gallery. The workshop is free and open to the public.

We will be showing a collection of 7 ski films that all have some sort of local tie to Hood River. All the proceeds are being donated to Open Slopes and Roaring River Water Collective.
