The Ruins is an indoor and outdoor event space located in downtown Hood River (walking distance to downtown). It is located in The Old Cannery Building at 13 Railroad Ave across from the railroad depot. The venue host weddings, rehearsal dinners, music events, non-profit events, and much more. The Ruins' 'Tuesday Night at The Ruins' outdoor concerts are an institution in Hood River throughout the summer. Because of it's downtown location, it's the preferred wedding reception spot in The Gorge to prevent guests from drinking and driving as well as proximity to clubs and bars for the after parties. It's also walking distance to many hotels and Air BNB residences. All profits generated from events at The Ruins go to subsidize Wildwood Academy to keep tuition low and provide scholarships for students.
