Join us for a fun festival with vendors, food, and a lot of fun celebrating Hispanic Heritage. Join Hood River Latino Network up at 5th and 6th streets on Oak for a live band and food. Check out their new downtown office location. Down on 2nd and Oak St. will be Jamba Marimba playing.
