VHR/HRCCC Announce Exec Dir Job Search
(Hood River, OR) – The Board of Directors of Hood River County Chamber of Commerce (HRCCC) doing business as Visit Hood River (VHR) announces it has opened the search for a permanent Executive Director to lead the organization.
Ashley Huckaby May, serving as interim executive director, declined an offer from the board to serve as the permanent executive director to pursue new personal and professional endeavors in February. Ms. May will continue to support the board of directors and the organization through the executive search and transition process.
“The Board is grateful for Ashley’s leadership during an extremely challenging year as our community has faced the serious business and economic repercussions of a global pandemic,” stated Corina Farrar, Board Chair. “Ashley has been an integral part of the organization for more than eight years, benefitting the organization and our community with her dedication and commitment to Hood River and we are grateful for her service.”
