Gorge Impact Film Festival

Columbia Center for the Arts is honored and thrilled to join Gorge Impact Film Festival this year as a venue and host for the festival on Nov. 9th and 10th in Hood River. The 2nd annual Gorge Impact Film Festival runs Nov. 8, 9 and 10. Over the weekend Columbia Arts and The Ruins will be the venues. Columbia Arts will present 4 blocks of films, three on Saturday Nov. 9th beginning at 11am.,snacks, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Additionally CCA will host a Stop Motion Animation Workshop sponsored by Arts and Education of the Gorge from 1 to 5 pm on Saturday in the gallery. The workshop is free and open to the public.

Folkrm Film Festival at The Ruins

We will be showing a collection of 7 ski films that all have some sort of local tie to Hood River. All the proceeds are being donated to Open Slopes and Roaring River Water Collective.

Support the Washington Gorge Action Programs’ two county food banks, as well as their mobile unit, with a magical evening of Italian inspired 5 course dinner experience made by our wine makers and paired with AniChe wine.
