DESCRIPTION:Support the Relief of the Maui Fires\nBrought to you by: Tory Rudolph and Temira\nGo Foil\, Northwave\, Big Winds\, Doug’s Water Sports\, Mayah’s Indian Restaurant\n\nSunday\, August 27 9:30 am\nNorthwave Sails (400 Portway Ave. Unit #12)\n\n\nCome together with our community to make a difference. Multiple businesses and organizations will be organizing various activities to raise funds and collect donations for the affected families\, local businesses\, and individuals of the Maui fires.\n\nSuggested minimum donation of $20 (more than welcome to donate more)\nMust bring your receipt/screenshot of your donation to any of the activities!\nhttps://gofund.me/41a14240\n\n1 – Registration donation will get you into the Community Downwind Ride and BBQ.\nTo show our support and solidarity all participants will be given a special streamer to wear on the water.\nCommunity Downwind Participant briefing/check-in: 9:30 am (transportation not provided) (all wind sport and Paddle disciplines are welcome)\nStart time Downwind at Viento: 11 am\nCommunity Shred Sesh: Front of Northwave Sails following Downwind (2 pm)\nCommunity Shred Sesh is free for all\, donation to the cause is suggested\n(If you don’t feel confortable doing the Downwind here is the time to ride with everyone on the water)\nBBQ: After Downwind/Community Shred Sesh (4 PM)\nRaffle: During BBQ around 6pm (see below for more details)\nWe will be donating 100% of proceeds to the Hawai’i Community Foundation Maui Strong Fund\nThe Maui Strong Fund was created to provide community resilience with resources for disaster preparedness\, response\, and recovery. The fund is currently being used to support communities affected by the wildfires on Maui.\nhttps://www.hawaiicommunityfoundation.org/maui-strong\n\nYour participation and support will go a long way in helping the affected communities recover and rebuild. Let’s show our solidarity and lend a helping hand to those in need.
